Software standard.

• Java sources, executable in most common OS: Windows, most Linux distributions, Solaris, Apple Mac, etc.
• XML configurations, human readable and easily scalable.
• SQL databases, compatibles with most common SQL servers: Oracle, MySQL, Derby, MS SQL, etc.

Agreeable requirements.

• We estudy with the customer application's requirements and roles per person.
• We present a working plan, along with the application schema, actors and use cases.
• We look forward agreement.

Open sources.

• Application sources are given to the customer.
• The tools used are also, preferentially, open sourced.
• The application framework for web applications, XMLPortal, is open sourced. See xmlportal.dev.java.net
• Source code might be studied, maintained and improved by the customer.

Structure's cost.

• 10,000 euros per month.
• 60 euros per development hour.
• Possible implication, 240 hores per month.

Collaborations.

• For collaborations, price is established based on its utility, being Activitats Organitzatives (AO) who could support the main cost.
• Month costs are divided among AO and collaborators based on participation ratio, spanning from 0% to 100% on AO's side.
• Requirements are decided as part of the collaboration regarding participation ratio.
• Month costs may vary depending on hours consumed.

Long collaborations.

• For long collaborations, projects will be divided in parts and AO's participation will be decided one by one.
• AO will develop all parts, including those with 0% of participation.

Independent agents.

• Every incoming generated by independent agents will be recognized with a 30% of the total amount as a commission.
• Not included hosting fees, for example XMLPortal and Interactua hosting.
• Collaborations not included.
